Frank Salinas has spent the last 20 years as the percussion instructor at Sharyland High School. During his tenure,  Sharyland Percussion has earned numerous accolades and awards.

Frank has been a designer and arranger for the Sharyland Indoor Percussion Ensemble. The ensemble has won 5 State Championships, 3 Silver Medals, was 2nd place in the WGI Virtual Championships(2022), a multi time WGI Regional Finalist, and the WGI Katy Regional Champion(2023).
